Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods (or the last item, if items arrive separately). You do not need to give a reason. Tell us by email to info@inboundflow.store or by post, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.
- Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel
- Return the goods within 14 days of telling us
- Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page
30-day returns window
We also accept returns of eligible unused items for 30 calendar days after delivery. Email info@inboundflow.store with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. We will send approved return instructions by email.
- Use the subject: Return request with your order number
- One request can cover multiple items from the same order
- Returns sent without approval may be delayed
Eligible condition
A change-of-mind return should be unused and unaltered, with original tags, protective materials, accessories and packaging. Please take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Proof of purchase from inboundflow.store is required.
- No signs of wear, odour, stains or damage
- All detachable parts and inserts must be included
- Pack the item so it cannot be damaged in transit
Who pays return postage
If you change your mind, you pay the cost of returning the goods. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will pay or reimburse reasonable return postage.
- Use a tracked service for customer-paid returns
- Keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed
- The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us
Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with photographs. You may reject a faulty item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; after that you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund.
- Keep the item and packaging until we have reviewed it
- We may offer replacement, repair or refund as appropriate
- Your legal rights for faulty goods are never reduced by this policy
Refund timing
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid. Refunds are made by the same method you used where possible; otherwise by bank transfer to an account you confirm to us.
- No restocking fee for an eligible return
- Extra cost for a more expensive delivery option is not refunded
- A refund may be reduced if goods have lost value through handling beyond what was needed to inspect them
Exclusions
Personalised or monogrammed products, and items used, altered or damaged after delivery, are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. A product page will identify any exclusion before purchase. Your statutory rights for faulty goods always remain.
- Statutory consumer rights still apply
- Promotional items follow the same condition rules unless clearly stated otherwise
- Bundle refunds may be adjusted if only part of a discounted set is returned
Exchanges and cancellations
The simplest exchange is a return of the eligible item followed by a new order, so stock and payment remain clear. We will cancel an order requested before dispatch and confirm this by email.
- Replacement stock is not reserved during a return
- Any price difference applies to the new order
- An order already dispatched follows the return process
Start a return
Send one email to info@inboundflow.store. We keep approval, instructions and the final outcome in the same support thread so there is a clear record for both sides.
- Include order number and product name
- Explain the reason and preferred outcome
- Attach photos for damage, defect or incorrect-item claims
